The Village of Skokie Finance Department is responsible for the collection and disbursement of all Village funds. The Administration Division is responsible for maintaining all financial records of the Village and the filing of annual financial reports. In addition, Administration has responsibility for the oversight of the Collections and Purchasing Divisions. The Collections Division is responsible for collecting all revenues due the Village of Skokie. The Purchasing Division is responsible for the procurement of all goods, services, and construction used by the Village.

Collections Division - The Village of Skokie Finance/Collections Division is responsible for water billing, vehicle licensing, pet licensing, parking enforcement and issuing miscellaneous invoices.

Purchasing Division - The Village of Skokie Finance Department Purchasing Division is responsible for the procurement of approximately $20 million of commodities, equipment, services and construction each year. Purchasing maintains many opportunities for vendors interested in doing business with the Village.
