Through November 17, 2021, all Skokie residents age 18 and over are invited to take the 2021 Skokie Community Survey that asks for ratings on Village services, emergency services, quality of life in the community and much more.
The survey takes about 17 minutes to complete, and also includes questions about how the Village should fund, eliminate or modify various services and whether residents support or oppose investment in various initiatives. All responses are confidential.
Every three years since 2003, the Village has conducted a survey of Skokie citizens. The surveys are administered by the National Research Center in Boulder, Colorado, through the National Community Survey initiative that provides a cost-effective written and, now, online citizen survey tool. Village of Skokie officials and administrators analyze the survey response data in an effort to modify, strengthen and improve Village programs and services to better serve the community.
