The Village regrets to announce that the 2020 Student Outstanding Artists Recognition (SOAR) opening reception scheduled for March 18 at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie is being postponed due to the current health concerns with COVID-19. A message about this postponement was sent to all participating school art teachers on March 12, 2020.
If possible, the event will be rescheduled before the end of the school year. Thanks to all of the teachers and students involved with SOAR this year and for the past 20 years. SOAR is sponsored by the Skokie Fine Arts Commission.
