Trick or Treat in Downtown Skokie! Saturday, October 30, 1 to 3 p.m.
Forty-five local businesses will be giving out candy (and other surprises) and will showcase over 300 Halloween-themed posters created by the talented students at Skokie School District 69 (such as
this fun creation)!
Make memories by taking Halloween photos and selfies under the festive balloon arch at Krier Plaza (southeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Oakton Street) where a local DJ will be spinning spooky, funky tunes!
Bring your own bag or pick up an official Trick-or-Treat bag (sponsored by North Shore Community Bank and Trust) the week of October 25 or start on the day of the event at any of these businesses - Al’s Cycle Shop, Crafty Beaver Home Center, Edward Jones Investments, Indigo Home Remodeling, Law Offices of Naheed Amdani, Mini-Man Monkey Brains, Skokie Chamber of Commerce and Swift Child Care Center.
The event takes place rain or shine. Be on the lookout for lots of little ghosts and goblins in Beautiful Downtown Skokie!
