On Tuesday, November 21 at 7:30 p.m., the Niles Township Clergy Forum will be hosting their annual Community Interfaith Thanksgiving Service. This year's service promises to be a memorable event dedicated to the theme of "Lament and Gratitude for the Earth," featuring words and prayers from various traditions to inspire a deeper connection with our environment.

Admission is free and all are welcome.
The event will have numerous clergy members from congregations in Skokie and Niles Township participating in this service. Their presence and contributions will undoubtedly make this event a unique and inclusive experience.
Skokie Health and Human Services will be joining the service this year. Health and Human Services will provide information about the Village's Emergency Financial Assistance Program (EFA), an initiative that offers vital support to low-income individuals and families facing hardship. The Emergency Financial Assistance program enables the Health and Human Services Department to offer year-round assistance to those in need, helping with rent, mortgage, and unpaid utilities. Over the past year, the program has supported 134 families, making a significant impact on the Skokie community.
